By accessing or purchasing from Kolam Rangoli Mandala ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products

All products sold on this website are digital downloads (PDF files). Upon successful payment, the product will be delivered to your WhatsApp number and/or email address provided at checkout.

2. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and content available on this website are the intellectual property of Kolam Rangoli Mandala. Purchases grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the downloaded files for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or share the digital files.
• You may not claim the designs as your own original work.
• Commercial use (printing for sale, mass distribution) requires a separate written licence.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

4. Delivery

Digital files are delivered via WhatsApp and/or email within a few minutes of payment confirmation. If you have not received your file within 24 hours, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 95855 34221.

5. Disclaimer

We make every effort to ensure accuracy of product descriptions and previews. However, we make no warranty regarding the suitability of designs for any specific purpose. All sales are final for digital products unless covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
