BrainDOTS ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website at braindots.in, how we use it, and how we keep it safe.

1. Information We Collect

When you make a purchase, we collect only the minimum information needed to process your order:

• Your name (entered at checkout)

We do not collect your email address, WhatsApp number, phone number, or any other personal contact details. Payment information (card details, UPI ID) is collected and processed entirely by Razorpay. We do not store or have access to your payment credentials.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To personalise your downloaded PDF with your name as a watermark
• To record the order in our system for support purposes

We do not use your information for marketing. We do not contact you after your purchase.

3. Automatic Data

When you visit braindots.in, standard web data is collected automatically:

• Firebase Analytics — anonymous visitor counts and page views. No personal identifiers are stored.
• Firebase Firestore — order records (name + product purchased + Razorpay payment ID) stored securely on Google's servers.
• Meta Pixel — used on our homepage to measure ad performance and show relevant ads on Facebook/Instagram. It records page visits and site interactions; Meta's own privacy policy governs how this data is used.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information. The third parties involved are:

• Razorpay — for secure payment processing. Their privacy policy applies to data shared with them during checkout.
• Meta (Facebook) — receives site-visit data via the Meta Pixel for ad measurement and retargeting. See Meta's privacy policy for details.

5. Data Retention

Paid order records are retained for accounting and support purposes. Free download records are cleared periodically. You may request deletion of your order data at any time.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to or deletion of any data we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at the details below. We will respond within 7 business days.

7. Cookies

Firebase may use minimal session storage for database connectivity. Our homepage also uses the Meta Pixel, which sets an advertising/tracking cookie to measure ad performance and enable retargeting on Facebook/Instagram. You can opt out of interest-based Meta ads via your Facebook ad preferences.
