To help us fix a problem quickly, please tell us your device (for example “iPhone 15” or “iPad 9th generation”), the app version (shown in the App Store) and what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot helps too.
Tap “Unlock everything” to start the subscription with 30 days free. You are not charged during the 30 days, and you can cancel any time before they end. After that it is $4.99 a month (or the local price shown by the store) until you cancel.
On iPhone or iPad open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Tidyday. On Android open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Scroll to the end of any list and tap “Restore purchases”, using the same Apple or Google account you subscribed with. If it is still locked, email us with the time of purchase.
On your device only. Tidyday has no account and no cloud sync, so deleting the app also deletes your progress from the device.
Tidyday picks one zone each week and shows it at the top of the Zones tab as “This week’s focus”. You can open any other zone at any time.
